Bioreve Sciences, an Ireland-based food supplement manufacturer and subsidiary of Indian pharmaceutical group Zee Laboratories Limited, has secured a nationwide retail distribution agreement with Uniphar Group to expand its Bionutrica product range across Irish stores in 2026, according to Ireland Live.

The Longford-based company, established in 2020 as an IDA-supported client, recently purchased its Gem Park facility and completed a two-year investment programme to develop an ISO-approved food supplement packaging site. The partnership marks a significant commercial milestone for the manufacturer, which already exports to the UK, UAE and African markets whilst maintaining online sales across the UK and Ireland.

Richard Doggett, sales director at Bioreve Sciences, said: "We are excited to be rolling out our products across Ireland's retail stores under the Bionutrica brand. These products are developed in the heart of Longford, and as a guaranteed Irish business we are proud to have full control of our supply chain, from raw ingredients to finished products."

The company recently launched in the UK through Holland & Barrett, receiving strong market feedback. Company director Rohan Mukul noted that Longford provides an ideal base for European and international growth, with plans to expand services and create local employment opportunities.

Michael Nevin from the Local Enterprise Office said the company has exciting plans for the future and is positioned to become a significant enterprise for Longford. The nationwide rollout will see scientifically backed food supplements reach Irish retail locations throughout 2026.
