Emma Kilgallon of West Pharmaceutical Services bagged both the Overall Leader Award and the Best HR Leadership award at the Women in Pharma Awards 2026, recognised for a standard of leadership that has delivered measurable transformation within her organisation while extending her influence across the wider pharmaceutical sector.

The Overall Leader Award placed Kilgallon among the most distinguished recipients the Women in Pharma Awards confers, while the Best HR Leadership recognition brought a sharper focus to the measurable results her work has delivered over the past twelve months.

On the Overall Leader Award, judges stated: "An exceptional leader whose influence extends across both organisation and industry, Emma Kilgallon has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, innovation, and meaningful progress. The Women in Pharma Awards 2026 ceremony took place on 29 April 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
