The Life Sciences Industry Conference 2026 has announced seven further speakers, completing a lineup that covers the full breadth of expertise the conference's AI and pharmaceutical manufacturing agenda demands.

James Murphy, Chief Operating Officer at Eirgen Pharma, brings more than 20 years of operations leadership across Terumo, Cook Medical, and Boston Scientific. Appointed COO in 2026 following his role expanding Eirgen's high-potency development and manufacturing capabilities, he oversees manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and operational excellence.

Alice Redmond, Chief Risk and Quality Officer at CAI, contributes 25 years of regulatory compliance, commissioning, qualification, and validation expertise across pharma and biotech. Her deep knowledge of aseptic processing and risk-based FDA and ICH approaches gives regulated organisations both compliance assurance and operational confidence.

Matt Moran, CEO of Matt Moran Consulting and the founder and long-term leader of BioPharmaChem Ireland at Ibec, brings three decades of strategic involvement in Ireland's biopharmaceutical sector. Now a strategic advisor to Innoglobal and Innopharma, his perspective spans the full evolution of Ireland's life sciences industry.

Dinny Crowe, Vice President of Operations for Ireland at ABM, joined the organisation in 2025 with more than 30 years of facilities management experience, driving growth, operational excellence, and service innovation across ABM's pharmaceutical, data centre, and healthcare clients.

Araz Raoof, Executive Director at ARC Hub for Therapeutics, is a biopharma R&D executive with three decades of pharmaceutical innovation experience. Former President of the Ferring Research Institute and Global Head of Drug Discovery at Janssen, with four product approvals and more than 80 projects progressed to development.

Ger McCabe, Managing Director and Co-Owner of Biostor Ireland, leads an EU-licensed cell bank and biobank for certified storage and worldwide distribution of biological materials. His talk, Building Trust in AI, will address the governance, validation, and transparency frameworks that regulated life sciences organisations need to adopt AI responsibly.

Prof. Damien Thompson, Professor of Molecular Modelling at the University of Limerick's Bernal Institute and Director of Rinn Pharma and Biopharma, leads research in computational design of advanced materials and is author of more than 180 articles in journals including Nature, Nature Materials, and Nature Nanotechnology.

Taking place on Thursday 22 October 2026 at the Crowne Plaza, Santry, the conference brings together senior leaders across pharmaceutical manufacturing, biopharma R&D, facilities management, quality, regulatory compliance, and AI, reflecting the increasingly interconnected technology and operational demands facing Ireland's life sciences sector.
