Matt Moran, CEO of Matt Moran Consulting, brings three decades of leadership at the heart of Ireland's biopharma sector to the committee. As the founder and long-term leader of BioPharmaChem Ireland at Ibec, Matt built one of the most influential voices in Irish pharmaceutical and chemical industry representation. Now operating as a strategic advisor to Innoglobal and Innopharma, he brings both the historical depth and the forward-facing perspective that a life sciences conference programme requires.

Dr Bernadette Whelan, Lecturer and Programme Leader in GMP and Technology at SETU Waterford, contributes 12 years of direct experience in the Irish pharma industry alongside a sharp academic focus on how the sector builds and sustains competitive advantage. Her PhD, which framed sustainable competitive advantage for Ireland's pharmaceutical sector, reflects a career committed to translating industry insight into educational practice. Prof Radi Haloub, Professor of Interdisciplinary Health Education at University College London's Global Business School for Health, adds an international dimension to the committee's perspective.
