The evening brought together hundreds of senior professionals from across Ireland's pharmaceutical and life sciences landscape to celebrate outstanding achievement across the sector.

Among the standout moments captured on camera, the presentation of the Legacy Award to Jean Casey of Eli Lilly and the crowning of Emma Kilgallon, HR Director at West Pharmaceutical Services, as both Best HR Leadership winner and Overall Leader of the Year stand as highlights of the evening.

Liz Allan, VP of Engineering and Design at Exyte, claimed Best Engineering and Manufacturing Operations Leadership, while Dr. Gemma Robinson, Owner, Founder and Managing Director of Acorn Regulatory Consulting Services Ltd, took Excellence in Senior Leadership – Contract Services.

Olivia McLoughlin, Head of Start-Up at Cancer Trials Ireland, led the winning Best Female Led Team, Nicola Rice, Head of Programmes at Innopharma Technical Services, claimed Best Education and Mentoring Leadership, and Alette Ramos Hunt, Global Director of AI and Digital Innovation at Novartis, was recognised for Excellence in Pharma and Life Sciences.
