DTI and AstraZeneca to develop pharma innovation hub in the Philippines

The Department of Trade and Industry is partnering with AstraZeneca Philippines to establish a Pharma Innovation Hub aimed at driving healthcare innovation and expanding access to affordable medicines. The hub, developed through PEZA, will benefit from AstraZeneca’s planned investment of over P7 billion in the country over the coming years. Location details for the hub are yet to be disclosed.
